REFUND & RETURN

Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit. Once your package has arrived, we strongly suggest you open it and check to make sure the items meet your requirements. Before the return, please don’t remove the tag and keep it in new or unused condition as the original.

 

If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you within 30 calendar days of receipt(For wedding dresses and special occasion dresses within 7 calendar days). Please keep the item(s) you want to return or exchange in its new condition. Most returns can be processed within 2-7 business days after we receive your package.

 

The products can be returned or exchanged; within 14 days after received; A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

 

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The product is in its original packaging
The product isn't used or damaged
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

 

Please email Fairyrich@hotmail.com;before the return, we'll provide you our return address. We do not accept the return package without informing.

 

Return Shipping Fee: Buyer need to pay for the return shipping fee. any package frieight collect will be rejected.

 

Please send the product along with the product list which includes Order Number, Product SKU. Return Tracking No. is required; we will deal with the product exchange or refund after we get your returning parcel.

 

If the return applied, we will reply to you within 1-2 business days.

 

We will refund your money to your original payment account within 7-10 business days after your return package is received and confirmed. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.
